Delivery

  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays with carriers.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 5 – 8 day return policy for most products. This allows you to return unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@muskpurero.com within the 30-day window. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to us at your expense.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
